2008 Season Nightly Rates

May 15 to June 14 .... $125 per night.
June 15 to July 31 .... $175 per night.
August 1 to September 2 .... $125 per night.

Rates are based on double occupancy.

Additional persons are $25/night each.
(Except June 15 to July 31. During that time the rate
is $50/night per person)

Each cabin sleeps 4 comfortably.

Check in/Check out Times:
Check-in is at 3:00p.m. and check-out at 12:00 noon. Earlier
check-in may be possible if  availability exists. All arrivals
prior to 6:00am who wish to check-in immediately must
reserve and pay for the previous day.

Deposits and Final Payment:
A deposit of 50% will confirm your reservation; balance due on
arrival. A 2% borough tax is added at the time of final payment.
There is a one night charge for all cancellations. We will refund your
money, less the one night fee, only if renters can be found to fill
your cancelled reservation dates at least 14 days prior to your
scheduled arrival.

No Shows and Late Arrivals:
No Shows will be charged the full amount. If you are arriving
past 8 PM notify us. Otherwise you will loose your reservation
and be charged. There is a minimum three night stay.
No partial refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals.
